A double swivel pulley system allows for complete freedom of movement during exercises, enabling you to vary your body position throughout the workout. A load multiplier system allows for a wide range of motion on each side and high-speed exercises without loss of resistance at any point in the range of motion (ideal for muscle power training). Includes accessories to expand training possibilities: individual handles, a press bar, a bicep/tricep curl bar, a specific bat for golf and baseball exercises, a rope handlebar, and an ankle strap.
